HRDP (Human Resources Development Project) is a project started in 2001, partnered with RED International, to help develop the country of Bangladesh. We are locally run with partners in the USA and Europe.

Besides running schools, we run literacy classes for men and women, tailoring workshops, and assist fistula patients to get surgery and go through an entrepreneurship program.

Our strategy is to help communities with the community members. Many of the teachers we train come from the same villages they are stationed to teach at. The literacy classes are held in the community leaders' homes and community centers.

Our goal is to use education to stop child labour in Bangladesh by empowering families in poverty.
